उस नीली सी झील के बीच एक चाँद नज़र आया, नम, खूबसूरत, पाक और बेनिशां, कुछ समझ नहीं आया, काफी देर तक सोचता रहा,  थक कर महीन, नरम रेत से हटने लगा, चलता हुआ बहुत दूर आ गया था शायद, ख्याल आया पलट कर एक नज़र तो डालूँ क्या नज़ारा है..!!! देखा तो अचानक अपनी दीवानगी पर हंस पड़ा .... तेरी आँखों में शायद इतना डूब गया था... आरती

Holding on to the breath that is craving to pass by, Lurking in the moment that threatens to leave thy, Craving for the beat that heart would defy, Sensing my love with the most envious cry, Oh ! how invincible is the feeling that makes me die, Living in the ocean with a drop of cry, Loving you was not easy but leaving you is, How many breaths I had to skip, with how many beats I had a tiff, Longing for the feeling as long as I live, where heart would come back to me and spell a bliss....
